MAIL ORDERS:
You may submit your order by mail. Please add at least $11.00 to your order total for shipping. We will bill or credit you for
the difference. For quicker service, send a money order or certified check with your mail order. Mail orders paid with a
personal check, will not be processed until the check clears the bank.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
For Customer Service, order status, and calls about our products, please call us during our regular business hours only,
Monday-Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 p.m. at 1-912-356-1320 or fax us at 1-912-356-1691 (24 hours)
SHIPPING:
Most of our shipments are made with UPS ground service. Next day, 2nd day air service or 3 day select service is available
to most locations at an additional charge. Small orders and orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Foreign customers are generally
shipped with USA Mail. All US mail shipments will be insured, at the buyers expense.
RETURN POLICY:
If you need to return merchandise, we will credit you the purchase price. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping and handling
charges or postage. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase and must include a copy of the
invoice. All returns must be approved and will be given a RA (Return Authorization) number, this number can be obtained
by calling 1-912-356-1320. Failing to follow this procedure, will result in your package being refused. A 15% restocking
charge, will be assessed for any authorized return merchandise, after 30 days.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Payments can be made with cashier's check, money order or certified check. For our customers convenience we also
accept the following CREDIT CARDS.
All overdue account balances are subject to an interest charge of 1.5% monthly (18 APR). There will be a $25.00 service
charge on all returned checks.
SHIPPING CHARGES & PACKAGING:
Buyers pays for shipping. We will only charge the buyer for the exact UPS shipping charge to their zone. An additional
$2.00 handling charge will be added to orders less than $25.00.
GEORGIA RESIDENTS:
Please add 7% sales tax to your order.
HOLIDAYS:
We will be closed the following holidays: Memorial Day- July 4th- Labor Day- Thanksgiving Day- Christmas (Dec. 24 and
25) and New Year's (Dec. 31 and Jan 1).
